Nursing Home Services Include:
- Weekly nursing home visits by physician and/or nurse practitioner.
- Nurse practitioner knowledgeable in nursing home resident care.
- 24-hour, on-call physician or nurse practitioner available to nursing home staff.
- Nurse practitioner available for family questions or concerns regarding. placement, progress and status of residents.
